The Pathway Starts Here: PPA Jnr Tour is Launching

PPA Tour Australia is launching its under-18 circuit. Three events across three states, built for junior athletes who want to get into or elevate their game.

The PPA Jnr Tour is a pathway, not a participation programme. Every athlete earns PPA ranking points toward the Full Tour 2027 amateur draw, plus Pickleball Australia points that count toward national junior representative selection and Jr. MLP Australia. That being said, there is also a dedicated division for those new to tournament play or who prefer not to play as competitively.

The 2026 Events

Event 1 – VIC: Saturday 4 July 2026 | Pickle4Real, Mentone

Event 2 – QLD: Saturday 25 July 2026 | Get Pickld, Meadowbrook

Event 3 – NSW: Saturday 8th August 2026 | Venue TBC

How It Works

Two divisions at every event – 18U Open (DUPR 3.5+) for tournament-experienced athletes chasing the pathway, and 18U (DUPR 3.49 and below) for developing players stepping up. Boys’ and girls’ singles, doubles, and mixed doubles, where field size allows.

Entry from $40. Pro-grade standards across the board: branded courts, qualified refs, podium photos, and medals. Early bird entries get a Free Jnr PPA Tee.

A Family Fun Court runs alongside each event – free entry for parents and siblings.

This is the circuit that builds the next generation of Australian pickleball. The first step into the PPA Full Tour starts here.
