PPA 125 Sydney 2026: Early-Season Points, Prize Money, and High-Level Pickleball
| January 22, 2026
The 2026 PPA Tour Australia Powered by Franklin, kicks off in Sydney with a PPA125, and anticipation is building for a strong field of both domestic and international talent.
Last year, the event was dominated by Australia’s top players, with exciting performances across singles, doubles, and mixed draws. This year, international competitors are entering the mix, promising even more competitive matchups.
This will be the first PPA Australia event with fully dedicated courts for pros and amateurs, that’s right, no tape or temporary nets! Players will have access to professional-standard courts for all matches, ensuring the best possible environment for high-level competition across two venues, Central Pick and Pickle Point.
International Players & Rising Talent
Key confirmed players include:
- Jack Wong is bringing his high-level international experience and multiple PPA Medals.
- Eunggwon Kim is a proven competitor and a Men’s Doubles master.
- Lara Giltinan is returning from the USA and ready to make her mark in the women’s pro draw.
- Lachy Donnelly is PPA Australia’s #1 junior player, stepping up to challenge the Pro men’s field.
- Mitch Hargreaves, who is arguably Sydney’s most famous Pro Player, will be competing across all disciplines.
The combination of returning stars, rising juniors, and international entries ensures the 2026 PPA 125 Sydney will be both unpredictable and high-level across all draws.
